By accessing or using EdgeCase Sentinel™ at aisentinel360.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree you are prohibited from using this platform.

EdgeCase Sentinel™ is an AI governance intelligence platform operated by Madonna Shannon Business Services, LLC. The platform is not a law firm, legal services provider, cybersecurity company, insurance provider, or regulatory authority.

Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. Assessment results, Sentinel Score™, governance documents, and all platform outputs are for informational and organizational planning purposes only. Users should consult qualified legal counsel regarding specific legal obligations.

Users are responsible for providing accurate assessment information, reviewing all generated documents with qualified legal counsel before adoption, ensuring governance programs meet applicable legal requirements, and maintaining account security.

All platform content including methodology, scoring system, document templates, and all trademarks are the property of Madonna Shannon Business Services, LLC. Users may not reproduce or distribute platform content without written permission.

Payments processed through Stripe. Setup fees are non-refundable. Refund requests for assessment products must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Pricing may be modified with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Madonna Shannon Business Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Madonna Shannon Business Services, LLC is not liable for regulatory fines or compliance failures regardless of platform use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harrison County, Mississippi.
